The MAA/USA Archery State 25-Meter Championship is the third leg of the 2023 MAA 365 Archery Shooter of the Year competition. More information and current standings are always available on our Shooter of the Year page.
The shoot will take place at Vapor Trail Archery. The address is 700 Lund Blvd, Anoka, MN 55303.
The MAA/USA Archery State 25-Meter Championship is a one-day event on March 19, 2023. Shooting lines are at 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Shooting for score will begin immediately after two ends of practice. Equipment inspection begins 30 minutes before competition.
Advance registration is required. No registrations or cancellations will be accepted after March 15, 2023.
This is a Star FITA event. USA Archery members will be eligible to earn national or world records.
Participants in the State 25-Meter Championship must be USA Archery and MAA members to compete for awards. Current NFAA members may compete for awards by obtaining a free, temporary USA Archery number. Others are welcome to participate as guests, but will not be eligible for awards.
A membership in the MAA is required for any archer’s score to be eligible for a state record.
The maximum arrow diameter for this event is 9.3 mm. These arrows are commonly referred to as “23s” for their 23/64″ diameter. Common examples of arrow shafts at or near the maximum diameter include Easton X23, Gold Tip Nine.3, Black Eagle PS23, and Victory V-TAC 23.
The USA Archery dress code will be enforced.
